  • Use Arial font size 11 for your abstract

  • Please include a title in bold at the top of the abstract, this should be followed by list of authors and affiliations

  • All submitted abstracts should consist of background, methods, results, and conclusions  

  • All text should flush to the right side of the page

  • Although there is no word limit to the abstract, we recommend a length of 500 words

  • If you choose to include figures, tables, or chemical structures in your abstract, please fit the abstract to one page (A4)

IHE is pleased to provide scholarships to women, minorities, under-represented delegates, and young investigators (below the age of 35). Scholarships may cover cost of registration, accommodations or travel, and are limited to applicants with accepted abstracts. The deadline for scholarship applications is Monday October 28, 2019 at 5pm ET. Please contact us at info@hepdart.com for additional information.  


Notification of abstract reviews 

Authors will be notified of the abstract review results via email. Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors will be invited to give an oral or poster presentation. Please contact us if you have not received notification by November 01, 2019. 


Abstract publication 

All accepted abstracts will be published in the electronic abstract book made available on December 06, 2019 at 4pm ET. Please note that accepted abstracts will not be published in the electronic abstract book until after the presenting author has completed registration for HEP DART 2019.
